暑期課程條款與細則

SUMMER COURSE POLICY

Please note that the following policies will be applied to our Summer Courses, Winter Courses and Easter Courses (the “Course” or “Courses”):

1. At Bridge Elite Courses are offered on a first-come-first-served basis together with the confirmation-by-payment policy.
    

2. Full payment must be settled prior to the notified deadline.
    

3. No refunds or make-up classes will be offered if students are unable to attend due to personal affairs.  Parents and students should ensure that the schedule can be compromised before confirmation and payment.
    

4. No refunds or make-up classes will be offered if students are unable to attend due to illness. However, if the students or parents inform Bridge Elite of their absence at least 3 hours before the scheduled lesson by writing and submit a same day doctor’s note to Bridge Elite before 7pm of the same day,  parents and students can convert the missed lesson into a private lesson by settling the price difference (The private lesson fee will be charged, minus the tuition fee paid for the course lesson missed.).  
    

5. All lessons at Bridge Elite will be cancelled upon the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal of 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning is raised. Classes will be resumed two hours after the signal has been reduced or withdrawn during our opening hours. Make-up lessons will be arranged accordingly.
    

6. If any Course cannot be held at the specific time shown on receipt due to teacher’s absence and student declines further arrangements offered by Bridge Elite, the fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis back to students no later than one month after request has been made.
    

7. In the event of physical lesson suspension required by the Education Bureau due to COVID-19, Bridge Elite will be switching all onsite lessons to online. Arrangements will be made and emailed to students before course commencement.
