ROCKY FAN
SENIOR ACADEMIC CONSULTANT
Having achieved 5A*s and 2As in his GCE A-Levels, Rocky went on to obtain his Master and Bachelor degrees in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, which gave Rocky an in-depth understanding of topics highly relatable to A-Level Mathematics and Science. Rocky's excellent examination results and his experience as a part-time private tutor during his undergraduate studies has enabled him to effectively convey the techniques and fundamental concepts necessary for excelling in public examinations, as well as demonstrating logical thinking processes for tackling difficult questions.

JUSTIN CHAN
ACADEMIC CONSULTANT
Justin graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in Chemistry, and previously studied at Brighton College, UK, and Diocesan Boys' School. He is natively fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and achieved top academic results including 4 A* at GCE A-Level (Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics) and straight 9s at GCSE in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology. He has several years of experience in tutoring across secondary science and maths syllabi.
Having personally navigated the pressures of public examinations, Justin brings first‑hand insight into effective study techniques, exam strategy and time management. He has competed in international competitions organised by bodies such as the Royal Society of Chemistry and the UK Mathematics Trust, and uses this experience to enrich his lessons. Know more about the curriculum
Sixth form students at some international schools in Hong Kong, as well as all UK boarding schools, are required to take 3-4 subjects related to their intended field of study at university.
The two-year GCE A Level physics course is taught over Years 12 & 13, and — with the change to the GCE curriculum in 2017— students now sit for their exams at the end of Year 13.
The GCE A Level physics exams can be taken under various exam boards, such as Pearson Edexcel, Cambridge International, AQA and OCR
Pearson Edexcel
Schools: Harrow HK, Benenden School, Bromsgrove School, St Swithun's School
Specification: <9PH0>
Exam Materials: <9PH0>

This set of exams is crucial as GCE predicted grades determine the university offers students will receive and the exam grades determine whether or not the students meet the offers from universities.
