INTENSIVE PROGRAM POLICY

Please note that the following policies will be applied to our Summer Intensive Program, Winter Intensive Program and Easter Intensive Program (the “Program” or “Programs”) offering:

1. At Bridge Elite Programs are offered on a first-come-first-served basis together with the confirmation-by-payment policy.
    

2. Full payment must be settled prior to the notified deadline.
    

3. No refunds or make-up classes will be offered if students are unable to attend due to personal affairs.  Parents and students should ensure that the schedule can be compromised before confirmation and payment.
    

4. All lessons booked under the Programs must be used within the designated period as promoted.
    

5. Only one subject can be chosen per Program.
    

6. The Programs only applies to selected tutors at Bridge Elite.
    

7. In case of sickness, in order to schedule a make-up lesson the students need to inform Bridge Elite of their absence at least 3 hours before the scheduled lesson by writing and submit a same day doctor’s note to Bridge Elite before 7pm of the same day. The make-up lesson can only be rescheduled to an available timeslot within the same week of the corresponding lesson. (The original teacher cannot be guaranteed and the difference in tuition fee will not be refunded).
    

8. All lessons at Bridge Elite will be cancelled upon the hoisting of a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal of 8 or above, or if the Black Rainstorm Warning is raised. Classes will resume two hours after the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal is reduced to a lower signal or if the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled or replaced by the Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning during our opening hours. Make-up lesson will be arranged for lessons cancelled due to weather.
    

9. Lessons reserved with Bridge Elite are non-transferable. Once a student’s name is confirmed at the time of booking, only that student may attend the booked lessons.
    

10. If a Program cannot be operated on the date or at the time specified in the fee receipts and students decline the revised arrangements offered by Bridge Elite, we will refund on a pro-rata basis the course fee collected to students as soon as possible and in any event not later than one month after the students have requested for the refund.
     

11. In the event of physical lesson suspension required by the Education Bureau due to COVID-19, Bridge Elite will be switching all onsite lessons to online. Arrangements will be made and emailed to students before course commencement.
